Turkey Cranberry Sanwich (or Croissant)

Turkey Cranberry Croissant
cream cheese, softened
pecans, chopped
croissant or wheat bread
Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast (deli meat)
whole berry cranberry sauce
red leaf lettuce leaves, washed and chilled
  1. In small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and pecans.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture on both halves of bread.
  3. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce and lettuce on bottom half of croissant.
  4. Top with other half of croissant.
